Welcome to HLC TRUCKING COMPANY. Our trucking service operates in the tri-state areas of Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Our fleet of sixty-five trucks consists of tractor and trailer, dumps, flatbeds, quad axles, tri-axles, tandems, tankers, and low boy services. We have been supplying contractors, real estate developers, state agencies, public works and commercial customers with gravel, asphalt, sand, top soil, fill dirt, bituminous material and stone for the past twenty years. The company is equipped with fully computerized certified scales, and tarped trucks. Our drivers are fully certified with CDL licenses. We are located in Dilles Bottom Ohio which is across the river from Moundsville, West Virginia. Our office is off the first exit after crossing the Ohio River Bridge when coming from West Virginia or the last exit prior to crossing the bridge when coming from the Ohio side. We have fast and easy access to WV Route 2 and Ohio Route 7.
